All Prices are in Rupiah, Dollar, Ringgit Malaysia or Singapore dollar The price is valid for Domestic or KIMS owner (Rp), Foreigner (USD), Singaporean (SGD) and Malaysian (MYR).
All packages are minimum 2 persons, based on Share twin/double, share triple and single supplement. The single traveler must be calculated twin share times 2, based on seat in coach (SIC) or private arrangement based on requirement and advance agreement.

RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION

All reservation must be completely and written black and white, sent through E-mail or fax and Confirmed Reservation must be followed with Agent's Voucher (Via retails supporting agents), Lertter Guarantee and bank slip. If there are services outside of the packet, must be expressed in Voucher. Otherwise, we entitled to bill to the Client as personal account

PAYMENT

THE CANCELLATION RESERVATION & REFUND

PT. Fun Days Tours & travel does not place any responsibility of the annulment cost, but the Hotel do. Restaurant and the other party side that relating to Packet Tour would be synchronized the annulment cost, depend on condition and situation. The Cancellation Reservation without the annulment cost, if done 1 month before the arrival (for Group) and 2 weeks (for individual). There is No Refund (cost retrieval) or the reduction of expense if there are facilities and or service being applied by Client or Group, like: Meal, Accommodation, Part of Tour Package which confirmed have expressed in Voucher, except there are notification before the arrival of Group or Client. No Refund, no reroute and reduction can be made to your clients for unused services.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Tours only act as agent from the Hotel side, airline, Transportation Company and the other party side that have related to the Tour Packet.
Therefore, the Tours irresponsible of loss, the damage, the delay of departure schedule and the other else that have Force Major character and outside things of TOURS ability and we entitled to change, accommodate or readjust the schedule event of Tour without has knowledgeable before, but the thing will be done based on comfort and kindness of the Tour participants.
